Kansas is so misunderstood. Most people seem to believe Kansas is a featureless flatland, with tornadoes swirling endlessly. I will admit, from March through June, you might run into a few twisters here and there! But Kansas is anything but featureless and although there are portions of the state that are flat, there are also many areas that are anything but. Kansas contains many beautiful little scenic “gems” if you will just stop and look.
My new photography book, “Kansas! Its Hidden Gems,” showcases some of my favorite scenic locations of Kansas, including the Flint Hills, Gyp Hills, Monument Rocks and more. The hardcover book measures 7″ X 7″ and contains 38 pages of full-color photographs.
